We reccommend transferring your content to a "Prezi". Displaying Prezi's is built into our system and they allow you to build a guied path for the viewer, put in hyperlinks, embed pictures and documents, even videos !
If you are not familiar with Prezi, it's a free to use tool. Head on over to their website and give it a whirl ... https://prezi.com/
Imagine what you could do ...
Can I put a sponsor's name / logo onto the screens ?
YES : Digital poster sessions make a great sponsorship opportunity.
Can I have multiple events on my account ?
Yes : you can have multiple events on the system.
The total number of poster 'slots' you need is what determines the price band.
Please see also the question "Can I 're-use' poster slots on my account ?"
Can I 're-use' poster slots on my account ?
Let's say you have an account which gives you upto 50 posters, - you run your first event which uses, lets say, all 50 poster 'slots' - after that event, you can take down those posters / or that whole event * - you can set up a second ( or subsequent events ) and 're-use' the poster spots upto a max of 50.
So, it's about the maximum number of posters you wish to have on the system at any one time - and not about how many you have in total cumulatively over the year / period of your licence.
* of course, removed posters or events will not remain accesible on-line once taken down.
